We sat with William to get the process started to buy a home. Our initial meeting went great and William was friendly.. He said he could get the process started for us and that we would hear back from him. We ended up having to call him after not hearing anything and he then said he would email us some details and what we needed to do to move the process along. After not hearing back for weeks we sent him an email and again , after a lengthy time he replied apologizing and that we would hear from him very soon. We then again , sent him more emails (both my husband and I ) and he has since dodged us and has not responded. This was very frustrating and upsetting .. Id highly suggest finding a different lender
