I have to admit that I am a little skeptical of every business that my family deals with. I feel very blessed to have had the opportunity to have my vehicle looked at and repaired by these guys. Brandon took excellent care of me and my family while in their establishment. We were advised by another mechanic that the repairs to our vehicle would be $8,000.00 +. This was after Jiffy Lube in Grants Pass, OR failed to put the proper oil, secure drain plug, and offered to replace the oil cap they broke. Which they put back on! Brandon's team did not break the cap and they replaced it free of charge (because, it was the right thing to do!) After a thorough diagnosis, Brandon saved us and made the repair including a tow for $800!!!!! I mean that is a 90% savings over the dealer. Well they ordered me I feel injection pump and they couldn't get it so they stopped the order. They need $1300 to get the fill injection pump which they couldn't get it.  took about two months to get back my $1300 but I did get it back they did try hard to get the filling injection pump so I would say that a four-star is a pretty good Thang for them they did give me back my money today and they really did try to get it fixed so I would recommend them again I would have them work on my vehicle again.  I don't like John Mobile mechanics don't ever trust that guy took my thousand dollars broke my turbo and won't give me my turbo or my thousand Dollars.   Mobile mechanics is the worst mechanics you could ever have in this world don't ever trust them.
