        Great water. Out in the middle of the night in freezing conditions to assess and affect repairs. Great community resource.

        Worst place ever! They stuck me with the previous owners bill and I moved out 2 months later. They said I'm stuck with the bill. Oh and I told them to turn the water of 7 months ago and they are still charging me every month I think that's called fraud!

        Some of the worst customer service ever.  But unfortunately, you are stuck with them because of water monopolies.  It's a small town coop that feels more like a fiefdom.   I hope you never have to deal with Ms. Carr who treats you like a serf, and who needs to take customer service 101.  The water service itself is fine.
