I reached out to Mr. Hunter on a Sunday thru his email. He promptly returned my email. We then communicated via text. He helped me determine what had been killing the blue spruce in my front yard. He was very friendly and professional and prompt. For the man to take time to talk to me on a Sunday afternoon as quickly as he did when I'm sure he was probably doing something with his family is pretty cool. Most people or companies would have waited for the next business day to reach out if they would have reached out at all.I usually don't write reviews but I think David is a very professional person and he was extremely helpful and I greatly appreciate it and recommend his services to anyone needing an arborist.
