        Hi, I had my 10 year old pellet stove completely refurbished and repainted by Ken, owner of Oregon Stove Works. I was impressed with the thorough and consciencous job that he performed. He did not try to B.S. me or try to sell me parts I didn't need. In fact he told me ways to save some more money when I asked about other things regarding my stove. He showed me how the pellet stove was incorrectly installed the first time, something I suspected all along. He and his partner, Joe, fixed the problem, relocated the hole where the flue exits the house, patched it in a most professional and inconspicuous manner. I was surprised at the very reasonable price I was charged for everything. Also the Pack Saddle brand of pellets they sell are superior to others we have used. Give them a try!
