Our oven has been broken for 3 days, made a request for repairs; have not been contacted yet. Office is always closed when I show up with a be back at (insert time) and are always late coming back at said time. The only apartment complex I have lived where the office is closed during the middle of the business hours. Trash compactor is always broken or overflowing with garbage. Theft is abundant and people slam their car doors into your car. Update: oven was broken for almost 3 months before getting repaired. Edit it took almost 4 months for the element on our oven to be fixed. Also I had my bike stolen off my second floor balcony. Also recently there have been a few shootings in the complex.

Dirty outside, garbage always over flooded, no parking spaces and management is horribly rude, stay clear of this place
