Imre was a godsend of a contractor! He repaired worn and damaged 1950s oak floors in our new Eugene house on a tight timeline before we moved in. He was professional, trustworthy, and highly communicative, sending us texts with pictures of the job's progress and of boards that needed replacing. Imre showed up and got the work done on time in spite of some unforeseen obstacles that came up during the process. Imre of About the House did an exceptional job. He was very professional and was able to fit my hardwood floor refinishing project into his schedule with limited warning. He worked for 5 days straight including over the weekend to get the job done and I am super happy with the results. My floors look brand new! Thank you Imre!

After years of dealing with contractors on various projects I had become a bit jaded. Either the jobs weren't done right or in some cases problems hidden. What a breath of fresh air when I hired Imre to refinish my hardwood floors. He's simply the best contractor I have ever dealt with. His total honesty and attention to detail made the entire process stress free and the floors looked beautiful when he finished the job.
