Is it possible to post in negative numbers?This guy was unprofessional and frankly I was embarrassed for him.He didnt know granite from formica or vinyl from tile.My dad was a appraiser for over thirty years.I think he is rolling over in his grave with the way the profession has gone.

I have worked with Don for a number of years and I must say that he is one of the most knowledgeable and competent appraisers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The company I work for has a panel of appraisers that service areas all over the US and Don has been my go-to guy even when i just have a question about an appraisal order. Don has proven to not only be reliable but has always shown me that he has nothing but the customer's best interest at heart. I know that in the mortgage world (especially with the appraisal) the value wanted is not always the value given but Don has proven through many, many years of experience and dedication to his job that he is fair and tries to provide the best value for the home based on its condition. As a real estate professional I recommend Don’s service to my clients seeking appraisals. Don has always been professional and expert in my experience. His ethics and long time in the industry provides a very knowledgable understanding of the process. I have never had to dispute any of the results of his appraisals, something I can say has not always been my experience with others. Appraising can be a difficult and somewhat subjective process, but I have found Don to provide accurate and (most importantly) justifiable results.
