I'm fairly certain that this company is a scam. There was an ad for a 2 bedroom apartment posted on Craig's list that stayed there for months. It was a beautiful spacious apartment for super cheap rent somehow it continued to be available from may to the end of july??? I thought I was just lucky and checked out the application. The rent was $45 higher than the ad said. The application fee was $45 PER PERSON not total. And then finally, the killer: The application fee was about 5 pages long, asking for extensive amounts of info including social security number, and checking and savings account numbers. Glad I dodged that bullet.
