Woke up this morning and our toilet wouldn’t flush. We only have 1 bathroom in our house. With a 3 year old, that is potty trained, we needed this fixed today. I called 10 places, and when I called Baxter Plumbing they were able to get a technician out this morning. I was expecting them to come out around 12 or 3, and they were able to show up an hour after getting off the phone! Travis was very professional and explained everything in terms that I could understand. The price was very reasonable too! I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing services!! We had a leak in our bathroom on the opposite side of the wall coming from the floor. I assumed it was something wrong with the shower drain (which it was) but I didn't know to what extent the issue would be. Baxter plumbing came out and told me that they would have to tear out the entire multipiece shower fitting and replace/repair something with the drain outlet underneath the shower. They quoted around $1500 for the entire process. I am glad I said no because all I needed to do was snake the drain and unclog the hair that had built up. No more shower leaks or issues. I am not directly saying Baxter plumbing was intentionally trying to create a bigger problem to make more money, but I find it odd that a "professional" business wouldn't think to check for simple clogs before trying to upend an entire bathroom.

I am remodeling my house and used Baxter a couple times to help in situations I wasn't comfortable. They are super responsive, show up when they say they will, and do solid work! I am also glad the office employee seems very on top of her job, courtious and smart! If I ever need help again, this is now my go-to plumber
