Hey Troy, thanks so much for stopping in! We definitely do not charge full price for half toppings, I'm not sure where you got that impression, but that is most certainly not the case. If you were charged full price for half toppings, please let me know and we would be very happy to rectify that situation. Feel free to send an email and we can work it out. If you're looking for a real New York slice, our house pie is the way to go, not the full pies. The oil on a New York slice actually comes from the cheese, not necessarily the pepperoni, and the cheese only exudes its oil when it's cooked a certain way, and our full pies don't really get the reheating treatment that is somewhat required to get that drippy oil. If you take a couple if you have a couple of slices left over from your pizza, when you reheat them pop them in the toaster oven or regular oven on the highest temperature you have and you'll see that cheese release the oil like you're looking for 😁👍
