        Really easy to work with. Called for service and they told me to bring it in ASAP, same day. Not necessary but much appreciated. They are up front and transparent. I left knowing the exact parameters of the bill. The facility is brand new and a pretty nice on the inside. I was immediately greeted when I walked in to see what I needed. Really excited to have a dealer in the Eugene area.

        James is an awesome salesman. He took me out for a test ride on a bike and could tell I wasn't really that comfortable on it, and he let me know when we got back to the shop that he had a bike in mind that I might like. I liked it, and I bought it. And he knew it would be a perfect fit and it IS!!!! THANKS JAMES!! I only gave 4 stars because for a new place, the bathrooms need to be kept a little cleaner, especially the toilets. Sorry guys, I'm a girl, I notice that stuff. :)
