It was an absolute pleasure to work with Mario. As we all know looking to buy a home in this market is difficult & stressful. Mario was supportive during the times when I got discouraged & was prompt in bringing new listings to my attention. He has the knowledge to prepare & tailor offers to get them noticed by the seller, therefore giving you the best shot at your new home. His ability to walk through a home with you, point out potential issues, give helpful tips & insight was very helpful. We started to work together in mid January and I was in my new forever home by early April. If that isn't a testament to his abilities in this cut throat market I am not sure what is. I will be forever thankful to him for helping me buy my home. Thank you Mario.

Mario is an incredibly helpful realtor. He is responsive and knowledgeable, and he works hard to help you find your next home. We encountered some unique title issues which could have derailed our home sale and contingent purchase, but Mario worked tirelessly to sort it out and keep our transactions alive.

UPDATE 2022: Second interaction with Mario, this time selling a house. Mario's standards of reliability, punctuality and making things happen did not drop one bit even during the pandemic. He gives sound advice, leads you through the process with confidence and patience which makes this stressful time feel easier. Needless to say, I will be calling Mario next time I need to sell or buy a house :)

My husband and I were originally given Mario Cro's name from a friend about a year and a half ago when we first started searching for a home. They had said he was amazing and was very dedicated to helping find the perfect place. Right from the first meeting, Mario had proven this to us. Since this was our first home purchase, we expected every single step of the way to be stressful. With Mario, however, we felt incredibly confident and, honestly, a lot less stressed than expected. He is clearly well educated and professional when it comes to the real estate biz while also being incredibly amiable. When it came to checking out potential places, he was very flexible with our schedules. Even while he was out of town, he made sure to have someone available to check out places when we needed to. On top of that, he is also quite knowledgeable about house repairs and would point out parts of these different properties that may cause problems. Mario was very clear with what we were wanting and looking for in a home. If he didn't think it would be a good value for us or was below expectations, he would say so. If we needed to reach him, he would get back to us quickly. Even after a year of us taking a break from house hunting, he was quick to respond and start looking again with us. Mario has absolutely far exceeded our expectations. Even after we had moved into our new home, he was available to help us change the door locks and with some other set up. AFTER we had moved in. What it really comes down to is finding a realtor who is working for you -- and that is Mario in a nutshell. If you are still in the market for a realtor, you really don't need to look any further than Mario. He is the one. If my husband and I ever start looking to get a second home, we know who we are going to be working with. Thank you so much for everything, Mario!

As first-time homebuyers in a HOT market, we couldn't be happier with the work Mario did on our behalf. He held our hands through a complicated and unfamiliar process, went out of his way for us on numerous evenings and weekends, had seemingly limitless patience with our questions and need for clarification, was encouraging and optimistic when we were almost ready to give up, and ultimately saw us through to a winning offer on our awesome new home!! We would definitely recommend Mario Cro most highly to any family looking to purchase a house, even (or perhaps even especially) in a seller's market.
