I was verbally quoted $4.00 a gallon. When I received the invoice the price had increased to $4.85. Not a very good experience. Definitely trying a different bulk supplier next time.

Saw thi s oil truck stopped in the middle of train tracks when a train was coming he had to run a red light to avoid the accident. We were right next to the front of his truck and this wouldve caused a major accident. Truck number 443A .Very poor driving

Our pumps must not generate enough income for them to make sure they are actually working. One pump has been locked for 2 weeks and the other pump only works sometimes. I have called them at least 6 times in 3 months to tell them the pumps are down. I called on Thursday and here it is 0630 Monday morning and still no diesel. Thanks Carson oil you guys rock

Twice they have delivered the wrong type of oil for my moms oil stove which is her main heat in an old house. When we figured it out the problem the first time, after working for several hours on it, my mother called to tell them. After a bit of a process they pumped the tank and put in the correct oil. Of course filters needed to be changed, oil drained from the system to clear out the wrong oil, another couple of hours and buying new filters. Worked great and ordered more. We had painted on the tank #1 for the type of oil, it was ignored and filled it with #2! Once again my mom called and they pumped and filled it again. This entailed more work cleaning and draining to get it to run correctly. Apparently there are too many hoops to jump through, you call local but end up talking to someone in Portland. Not a quick process. The positive is that people she talked with and the drivers are nice.
