If you are running the Eugene Marathon on April 30, your room reservation at this property is canceled. By happenstance, called to confirm and was advised of this. So, I will never know what kind of property this is for certain - but suffice to say customer service is on the low.

They do not have parking. No microwave in the room. Besides that it was perfect.

Great location and responsive staff. The rooms need a deep clean. Stained walls, dust bunnies, and dirty bed skirt.
We were a little surprised since it is over a 3 star hotel. We expected better.
Nearby activities: Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.
Walkability: Can walk to the mall for shopping and food.
