        Fraudulent. Does not pay subcontractors after work is performed (i.e. Theft).

        Terrible! Stay away from these guys! They started out super helpful so that I agreed to have them do my restoration job. Then they took cheap short cuts and took a week longer than their estimate. (not because the work took that long, because workers just didnot show up)! The owner Bob agreed to reduce my bill to cover tenants expenses to stay at hotel but never updatee my bill. I paid the $6000 bill less $600, and asked his office staff to let me know if that was a fair amount for the week delay. Never heard from servpro again until a collection agentcy started harrassing me. No phone calls, no follow up bill, just a collector and threats to ruin my credit! And Bob will not take any of my calls. Not a good neighbor for sure!
