I went to this place many years ago a year after I had been laid off. I was destitute with just enough money for one more month's rent and some food. The woman who did my taxes told me I owed many, many thousands of dollars and had to pay right then. She told me she was an ex-IRS agent and that I was in a whole lot of trouble unless I paid the full amount before I left. I told her I was broke so she relented to 20% due. She began yelling, becoming more and more adamant I pay her. I left almost in tears, paying her every cent I had. Leaving that office - I can still see everyone around the office looking at me, a nightmare that won't go away. I got myself back on my feet the next year and re-filed my taxes in another state. I owed nothing for that year. It was flat. I've never had any problems with IRS, then or now. Curious note, when I linked to this company's website on Google, my anti-virus blocked the page as suspicious so I can't access it. Says everything.

I've had my taxes done here for the last 5 years. Though I know they can get busy, I'm always met with a smile when I walk in to drop off my forms! Quick processing and great results.
