Dr. Carl Peterson is a man of incredible integrity. He met me when I was 8 years old and I continued to see him well into my 20's. He is warm and personable. After searching for a family therapist for many years, I stayed with Carl because of his amazing breadth of knowledge and his incredible laugh. He made me curious about the World and helped me to see a much bigger picture. We used many forms of therapy and he was generous with his time, often taking my calls in the middle of the night. Dr. Peterson is a forward-thinking, progressive therapist, willing to adapt every appointment to his patients needs. I have recommended him to friends and family repeatedly and with the confidence that he would make each individual feel heard and special. Dr. Peterson taught me how to trust myself and how to think in a way that has made it so his voice is always in the back of my mind, offering me peace and security, even when I don't have time for an office visit. Lifelong lessons for stress management and self-analysis make this therapist a person who you will want to see regardless of your trauma or personal situation. I cannot give a higher recommendation.
