We used their service for Saylor Painting Company on 12/17/21. I felt well served. I waited to post this to make sure there are no regrets. There are none. My questions were answered patiently and personably. My carpet and runners were cleaned and cleaned well. I am happy with the results and plan to have them return for my home carpet soon. Two days before closing on my new home I realized I hadn't thought about getting the carpets cleaned. After googling I found Awesome Carpet Cleaning and Mike was able to get us on his schedule right after closing. Mike was professional, friendly, and thorough. Our actual cost was $100 lower than the original quote and Mike clearly described all the costs. We will absolutely reach out with any future carpet cleaning needs!
