I am telling everyone about the level of service and professionalism exhibited by Dale at the Eugene, West 7th location.
We had an auto repair dilemma on our 2005 Honda Odyssey. We / He attempted almost every solution to assist in fixing the problem. We were at a point where other service locations and even Honda would have washed their hands of our problem and recommended that we abandon the vehicle. Dale did the research and provided all solutions that were within his arsenal.
We were not charged for the extra diagnosis and research needed to solve the problem.
The vehicle is now fixed and we are telling all of our friends about Dale and our experience.
Way to go Dale and Clarkes.
