Don's Maytag Appliance Center

Purchased a part that was faulty and broke in a week. Cassandra confirmed it was faulty but said theres no warranty on my part. I had it a week. When I called to discuss my frustrations Cassandra was extremely rude and awful to work with. When I went in to get the new part (after she supposedly called supplier and could get a refund) she was again very rude and just shoved the box in my hand and didnt say anything else. When we asked who her manager was she said it was the owner and pointed to the guy next to her. He said his name and after looking, he was not listed as an owner. Very very bad customer service. I would try glenwood appliance or literally anybody else.

Cassandra was a joy to work with, quick efficient, did not push to buy more than we wanted. Such a change in a pleasure from the big box stores. The price is seem to be about average. And she was honest about the repairs and quality of the manufacturers. I would go nowhere else

Very nice gentleman working there today.. great customer service skills whoever the guy was who I spoke with was respectful to me and I am a woman so that lifted my spirits

Needed our refrigerator fixed, no water or ice being dispensed. Professional and got the job done. Have used many times and never disappointed.
