The rent is cheap, the floor space is ample, and the appliances are modern.
This place houses primarily CMI, Section 8 and the elderly. Many here are in thrall to Suboxone and other opiates.
(I am none of those things, btw.)
Crime is non-existent here. Armitage Park is a short walk away, as are several schools. Wal-mart and Safeway are 5 minutes away, and freeway access is nigh immediate. This is probably one of the best neighborhoods in the city.
