I was very happy and impressed with the work John did for us. A couple months ago I had a sprinkler going all night to try and "save the green grass" when a deer jumped the fence and kicked over the hose shooting the water stream into our back bedroom. By morning it was saturated, along with everything else in the room. John came about an hour after I called and immediately got to work moving soaked boxes of paper that I couldn't budge without the bottom giving out because it had absorbed water from the carpet. He was very friendly and explained what he was doing as he did it. It was a pleasant surprise and far more efficiently done than when I had used One Call about a year and 1/2 before on a water damage claim as well. John made it all seem simple, yet it was done properly and efficiently. Again, John at Busy Bee came flying through with a last min. "mold remediation treatment and inspection (although apparently there wasn't any signs of active mold"), right before Thanksgiving his most popular time of the year for basic carpet cleaning. He got the loan cleared just in time. Thanks John!
