Last Septic Company You Will Ever Have to Call This company saved us as much as $30.000.00. Sir is very responsive, knowledgeable, efficient and doesn't over charge. Read on for the whole story: We had overflow at the tank cover and called the company we had used for pumping for about 15 years. It took weeks for them to show up but when they did, four different reps from their company told us we needed a new drain field. We could not get a firm estimate until we had a test hole dug and apply for permits, but they told us it would be between $20,000 and $30,000 for the new drain field. After paying the company $2200. to dig the hole and get the permits, we still couldn't get an estimate from them so we called an excavating company. The excavator told us he didn't see any indication that we needed a new drain field and he had experienced problems with the other company overcharging them and stopped using them. He recommended that we call Sir Fox even though he would be losing our business. Another expert who visited our site also said we did not need a new field and he also told us the company that had dug the hole was very expensive. Sir Fox responded immediately and he too didn't see any signs that we needed a new drain field. He found cracked pipes, repaired them and charged us $1200. I learned other examples of how the company we had used for fifteen years was so dishonest and it is really upsetting to think that others are also being overcharged and/or being given false information about what needs to be repaired. And of course they also dug a hole in our yard that was 6 feet deep and 3 feet wide, knowing that we really didn't need a new drain field. Just call Sir. He will take care of you with great work and fair prices.

"I love it when a plan comes together" After trying three different septic services that either didn't show, were clueless, lazy, or outright lied, we decided to take one more chance on AOSS. Bingo! Sir Fox knew what our needs were in the first phone call and when he and his crew showed up the problem with the septic was fixed in short order. Any Other Septic Service is a waste of money. We had water backing up into the tub drain every time the washer drained, and assumed it was a simple main drain clog. After taking steps that normally fixed that issue with no result, it dawned on us that our septic tank may need pumped out. By this time it was after 6pm, but we hadn't been able to use the water for 24 hours, so I decided to try. I sent a text to the number on the machine and received a call back within a few minutes. Despite how late it was, Sir showed up the same day; he helped us troubleshoot the issue, and when it was found the septic DID need pumped out, went back to switch trucks and came back to finish the job. It was after 10pm before he was done installing new baffles and pumping our septic, but he was more than reasonable on pricing and thoroughly pleasant to work with. We will be calling him for all our septic needs, and making sure family does so as well! Service: Drain unblocking
