I  got Jeff's information from the local Shur Way as a potential option to help some customers of mine create a frame for a Pergola. It was to be a square 10' up made of metal and wrapped in cedar.  Jeff seemed very friendly when we first spoke. That's really the only good thing I can say right now though. His work was not square (despite having received numerous architectural drawings and dimensions we required) my customers had an extremely difficult time getting hold of him, and he did not follow through on his promises to me. Unfortunate to say that's yet another small business owner will likely go out of business for lack of professionalism.
