I've used this company two times so far. The troubleshooting, repair and explanations of the work performed was outstanding. They arrive on time for appointments, have on-line booking, auto text to my phone for announcements and updates, and are a progressive company meeting my irrigation and landscape needs. I'll be calling them back, for sure! Thank you!

My experience with Luke was awesome! I was notified by my neighbor that I may have a leak as they were down hill and saw some moisture. I did some research and found a sprinkler valve was leaking. I thought maybe I just needed to turn harder to close the valve. I broke it off and compounded my problem by 10. It was Friday afternoon and I wasn’t able to get anyone to answer heir phones. I scheduled an appt for Monday morning at 7:30 (the earliest possible) and I got a text reply from their online booking form. I text back to it asking if they had any suggestions on how to minimize the damage until they were able to get there on Monday. Luke responded rather quickly even though he was busy and gave me a couple of suggestions and said if all else failed he would be in my area on Saturday and he could take a look. I wasn’t able to execute on any of the suggestions so he stopped by on Saturday and realized the mess we had and realized that ethically he couldn’t leave it like that until Monday and made the repairs right there on Saturday. We still had him come back out on Monday to try to finish tracking down our shut off. All in all they went above and beyond and the pricing was still reasonable. I wouldn’t think twice about recommending these guys and they will probably be hearing from us in the future for other projects.
