Eagle Creek Food Mart

This store is terrible, they charged my card twice for 2 different charges within 1 minute apart, i go talk to the store owner, showed him my detailed bank statement of the exact times it happened and the 2 different dollar amounts and because he could not see it on his register reports he could not give me my money back- after he looked at my Card statement 2 times and this is not the first time his cashiers have done this to me . He asked me if someone else used my card from 1:17pm to 1:18pm while i was obviously standing there on video that they have, really worst customer service ever and a terrible store manager

Great Staff! Love the people that come into the station to get their Drank on, Grub on, and their Gas on. I love working there too! *(Believe it or not, it's My Very 1st place of Employment 23yrs ago. It will Always and Forever be, JACKPOT!)

Came in with a head cold, searching for cough drops, and running late for an appointment. Searched for the brand of cough drops I wanted, didn't find them right away. When to check out and the cashier asked if I found everything okay. When I mentioned searching for my brand of cough drops another clerk appeared from the back and started searching for those specific cough drops...and found them! Such helpful, friendly customer service! They get 5 stars from me!
