Called them this morning and they said that they could be here in 48 hours, then they called me back and said that they were available today and came to the house in 30 minutes. They were polite and helpful. They are very professional. They installed a new bathroom faucet for our vessel sink, replaced the Toto toilet flushing system and fixed the shower handle. Tualatin Valley Plumbing did a complete repiping of our house, and everything went as well as we could have hoped for! In addition, our house presented several challenges as it is on a solid slab foundation with very limited attic space, which resulted in several companies passing on taking this job on. TVP was right on it and gave us a fair price. Charles and Joel completed the job much quicker than I had expected and I was very impressed with their professionalism and clear communication while addressing all my questions in detail. I highly recommend this local company. Charles was awesome in providing services and expertise. I scheduled a kitchen faucet replacement and Charles graciously allowed me to add toilet replacements and a water heater replacement to my service call same day. When does that every happen.
