Bret and his team built us a covered patio and fireplace (and more). The result is beyond our wildest expectations! The crew was so great throughout the project. Everyone was such a craftsman and treated this project like they were building it for themselves. They listened to our ideas and made them come to life in a way that was better than we had envisioned. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

The sales rep called the day after my inquiry that he is going to call back the next day to schedule a visit, until now it’s already 7 days he never called back! Bad customer service!

Robert and his crew are true professionals! From planning to design to completion, everything was SUPERIOR! The workers showed up on time every day, worked the hours they promised, and delivered what we agreed upon. Robert's designs turned our back yard into a Mediterranean oasis--it doesn't look like the same yard at all, absolutely STUNNING! The quality of the products is extraordinary! Our main concerns were low maintenance but esthetically pleasing. Robert delivered on all counts! Beautiful pavers, plants and trees, firepit and fountain. Any time we had a question or concern, Robert always responded promptly. We were treated like valued customers. Also the project was completed timely as promised. Absolutely no complaints about this business. Northwest Outdoor Living and Landscape is one of a kind and we look forward to finishing the rest of our yard with this company. A++
