I was so happy to see that Chalice opened a new location near me in SE Portland! When I lived in Boring, I would visit their Happy Valley store regularly. The team there was always so helpful and helped me to find the best options of cannabis products. I was so surprised when I saw all of the same great people from my old store at the new location on McLoughlin! Yes!! Chalice is, and always will be, my favorite dispensary!

I was so very excited to see Chalice was opening a new store in my neighborhood. As with any new business, you encounter the occasional issue so I've resisted giving my review... until now. I stop by at least twice weekly and have spent upwards of $200 each visit. These guys really miss the mark when it comes to customer service. Whether it's 'cant find the product' or 'internets down' there's always something...BTW, if the internet IS down, there's no backup option... another wasted trip. That brings me to today...I've been eyeing this premium battery. It's $80 for a battery lol of which I have many already. Today I stopped by, cash in hand, asking to see it and hold it if possible. You'd think I asked for her arm! Trust me, spend your money just down the road, where customers matter. Sorry chalice, no more of my money! Diem was super happy to help me and take my money.
