OHP paid for my Anytime Fitness membership. I was advised by my doctor to not go back to the gym over a year ago because of my broken foot and knee. So I did not go back or ask OHP for more Federal funding. Anytime Fitness threatened me that if I didn't ask OHP for more Federal funds that they would charge me anyway and take me to a collection agency. I am disabled. I have been harassed by Anytime Fitness new manager and staff asking for Federal money from OHP for services not received. In my belief Anytime Fitness is acting illegally. I don't recommend Anytime Fitness. My insurance company Oregon Health Plan called Anytime Fitness and told them that it was illigal for them to ask me for money and that they have been reported to OHP. Flex funds is Federal money and comes out of taxpayers pockets. And I don't think taxpayers should pay for fraudulent dollars charged to OHP Anytime Fitness is acting illigally asking for Federal Funds for services not renderered. I don't recommend doing business with Anytime Fitness.
