Outstanding experience. The guys at Mid Valley provided the best car buying experience I've ever had. I can honestly say my wife and I won't even be considering anywhere else for a vehicle purchase in the future. A great team with a great attitude and concept!

I recently purchased a new 2018 F150 Lariat from Randy Pierce at Mid Valley Ford. The whole experience could not have been better. Randy listened to my desires and searched the web for what I wanted. Once he found the truck he arranged for it to be picked up and brought to the dealership. The pricing was very fair and the whole transaction was completed quickly with no hassles or pressure. It is very comforting to deal with a company that puts the customer first.

Needed a new transponder key for my Ford Ranger. They were quick, professional, and friendly. And $50 less than they estimated!

I brought my car here to fix a water leak. I did so, because after taking to them on the phone, they said they could fix it. Initially they "found" the leak and I paid around $600 for them to replace the rubber around the passenger side door in my 2010 F150 with 57,000 miles. Great! Easy fix. But it wasn't fixed. In fact, it was WORSE...with water pouring onto the passenger front floorboards, which had never happened before. So I take it back again...and they say, "oops, put the rubber on wrong. We'll fix it." Guess what? It didn't fix it. So the third time I take it back and they end up "finding a body crack" and send it to the local auto body shop for them to fix. The quote I get is around $400. Great. Just want it fixed. I call the auto body place and they say they water tested it and there wasn't a leak in that area they could find. I pay them $130 for doing nothing. Not happy with the service at the Ford dealership, not happy that they pushed it off on another company that couldn't find a leak where they said it was, and not happy that I had to waste a lot of my time and money driving back and forth. Won't be visiting their shop again unless something drastically changes. I know, water leaks are tough. But don't tell me you can find it if you don't even have the skills to even put the door rubber on the correct way. PS, it won't let me give zero stars.
