Erik Benson and his staff have been amazing from the gate! They are down to earth, nice folks, they feel genuine, more like your friends or neighbors than the uptown stuffy corporate types I was imagining them to be! They are right by Bi-Mart and conveniently located by the DMV and Oreilley's auto parts! Here are some of my personal experiences with them: A few years ago I got tired of the boring old car I owned and decided to finance a much cooler vehicle. I was not with Allstate at the time. When I got the bill for the insurance on my car, my rate nearly tripled plus I had to install a phone app and tracking beacon on my car. I'm thinking, "No way, Man!" I called around, and Erik's office offered me the same coverage, and it was $50 less a month with no tracking beacon or invasive app! I drove that car for a year and a half until we got the wildfires in 2020. The rain we all wanted very badly finally came, and it made the road I was on unexpectedly slick. I skidded into a tree, hitting it hard enough that it would, well ill just say, it was totaled. I was physically fine but mentally I was a nervous wreck! I had never been in an accident before! What would I say? I still owed thousands! I saw doom and gloom and financial ruin in front of me. They pretty quickly laid my fears to rest when I gave them the call to tell them what happened. They gave me a rental car, they made sure I was informed, and knew what to do and what to expect. They made me feel like I was dealing with people who care about me. They even adjusted my claim for the better when I expressed my concern that I was not adequately compensated for a few things! Today, I'm in a better car, I'm a little more experienced, and I'm still with Allstate. kudos to you if you read it this far Jeremiah
