Our first contact with ER Pipeline Services was early 2019, when we began building a home and we needed several different contractors for the project. Aaron and his son met us at the work site - they were prompt. We talked about installing septic and agreed to contract their services that day without any reservations. The proposed cost was reasonable; we paid a deposit on signing the proposal - it was also reasonable. Good communication continued and our septic installation was done within 3 days of starting - fast. They were on time to start work, they worked steadily, and completed the septic installation with cleared/clean primary and secondary drain fields (rain/snow did not slow progress). Significant to mention that Aaron met us at the county public works department to help us submit the application for septic installation and also scheduled the county inspection for the final approval of the system, which was approved without issue. We also eventually relied on ER Pipeline for excavation, grading and trenching for water and power, with Aaron giving knowledgeable input about correct materials and how to proceed. Issues with our plans caused delays. Aaron worked on other projects while our issues were resolved and this allowed us to see first hand ER Pipeline's dedication to hard work - helping people with septic/water line emergencies, working very long days (checking in with us at 8 pm to plan our work) - and taking on challenging projects (see other reviews). Our experience with ER Pipeline began as a positive one and has remained nothing but positive. We are grateful that we have been able to rely on them for quality work and professional service. Excellent company! They did a sewer line replacement job for us that was quite complicated. It was very old and over 110 feet. Aaron, the owner, was very thorough and professional. He kept the job moving forward and communicated with us and our tenants every step of the way. He took care of everything. The cost was exactly what he told us to expect with no surprises. We had multiple bids, including one from a major plumbing company that was over twice as much. His bid wasn't the lowest but was in the ballpark of most of the others. We are so glad we chose ER because they really did a great job and were very easy to work with!

E.R. Pipeline Services is the best. My husband passed away and a week later my septic pump failed. Everything was not okay. Aaron went above and beyond! My prayer was answered in a much needed time of crisis. Thank you, Aaron. Megan McGregor Arnold

Aaron of ER Pipeline Services restored our silt-filled lake and widen our forest roads. He did it in less time than estimated, even with unforeseen issues and was still about one half the cost of other bids. Aaron brought in large and small excavators to make a useful ramp and reach all areas of the lake. He expertly managed the 2 dump trucks hauling away the water laden silt/dirt so there was no down time, keeping costs as promised. He brought in rig mats and steel plates to be able to use an old bridge I never thought he could cross. Aaron is the most knowledgeable, honest, hardworking professional who restored our lake when others said it was impossible or too costly. If you need earth/dirt or any kind of water system excavating talk with Aaron first. You will see others do not compare in expertise and cost.
