I had to have a under sink kitchen repair done and faucet put in and had a bad experience. They had to come out a second time to fix a small detail, but most of all it was to costly for what they did. It was like twice as much as I thought it would be. In house it took less than an hour and required some new pvc pipe and it cost like $625 (a while back). It was two things, but that price for how pedestrian the concern was - was to much. Very nice guy, but to have to come out a second time for that price - not good.

Had Beaver Plumbing repair shower valve but was put valve back in reversing the Hot and Cold water inlets. Called them and they stated they would gladly come back and fix the valve for Free. Called them up and had a technician come in and fix the valve but was CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $120+. I stated that they agreed to come back for free but they stated that the technician who put in valve incorrectly no longer works there, thus I had to pay for an additional cost because of their employee. So Beaver Plumbing doesn't back up their work or tells you their services aren't guaranteed if that employee has left. Wow...very poor service and a really bad excuse to back up their work! I had a leaking pipe. Beaver plumbing replaced a couple of sections of copper pipe with pex and shark bites. They used a saws all to cut the copper and put shark bites on the maimed unprepared copper. I ended up redoing their work and replaced the pex and shark bites with soldered copper. They do not give an hourly rate up front but then jump right into a job without discussing the cost. They charged $300 for the repair, it was probably about 1 to 1.5 hours of actual work. They start charging you the moment they leave their shop and for travel they have to do to obtain parts, tools, etc. The plumber left for about an hour to "get parts" which are very common pieces he should have had in the work van. The photo shows the ends of pipe that shark bites had been placed on.

I have a noise issue with my water softener that was installed by Beaver Plumbing in my newly constructed home. I have been trying for months to get the problem resolved by Beaver Plumbing. They sent someone out once to try and fix the problem, but it was fruitless. I have made numerous calls to Beaver Plumbing none of which they even had the decency to return. I finally called the manufacturer of the unit and they were very cooperative in an effort to resolve the issue. They are sending me a replacement part that I hope will settle this matter once and for all. My best advice to anyone considering utilizing the services of Beaver Plumbing is to look elsewhere if you are interested in good customer service.
