Rip off - beware! You can take your brace prescription elsewhere. Only gave me one option, the 'custom'; a quality shop will let you know there are other less expensive options and what the trade-offs are. They told me it would be covered by insurance - it wasn't, so >$600 out of pocket. And they tucked in a 'comfort sleeve' in my bag - no discussion, no mention, but surprise! an extra $125 on the bill. The Comfort Sleeve is nothing more than one leg of a pair cotton-lycra leggings I could buy for $20 and make for $2. And the $155 I paid when I picked up my brace? No record of it, now I need to go fight them for that, printing my credit card receipt today. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS.
