        All I asked for was an estimate. He would not provide. He wants to work time and material plus a fee. I can't sign a blank check like that.

        Do you have a list of items that need to be fixed around the house? You know those things that happen when you have kids, etc - broken drawers, loose cabinet hinges, doors don't open and close right anymore, etc...The solution - Dale the Builder.  We had three kitchen drawers that needed new brackets, and even though our kitchen is lovely, these broken drawers that we glued together drove me crazy. Dale, a talented custom builder, was able to fix them with superb craftsmanship.  he knows how to do it so that your nice cabinets stay nice.   Dale can do anything from hanging a crooked cabinet in the bathroom  to actually designing an remodeling a bathroom/kitchen. The proof is in the details.  Plus, he is reasonably priced. Make it a new year's resolution to fix up your home with Dale the Builder.
