It started great. What a nice fellow; he had great ideas for our project; drew a nice plan; provided an estimate which we signed; guessed he could get us in within a month before another project started. Great! And then — he ghosted us. My last message after several months of no replies asked him to let us know if he doesn’t want to do our project. No reply. Such a disappointment as we really liked him. I wish he had at least told us he was too busy for our project? Maybe he broke a leg? Moved to Paris? Who knows. He might do great work, but we will never know.

I don't know about their work but they don't return calls. It's the ultimate insult to a customer when the customer takes the time and effort to call a business and leave a message, and the business doesn't bother to respond. Even a call to say we're too busy to take new jobs would be nice. Google sent me a notice asking if I'd like to review for this business. Google tracks who we call, text, etc. I double checked my phone log to make sure Google didn't have an odd error. Sure enough, I called this business on 03/29/2021 @ 8:36 am. I left a long message. Snow some respect!
