Every person I have come in contact with via telephone or face to face has been friendly and caring.
On my two separate appointments, I was seen by Dr. Collins and then Dr. Boaz.
Both doctors were warm and thoughtful.
They both took their time, listened, looked me in the eyes (rather than a computer screen) and made their recommendations.
I felt heard and of value as a patient and WAS NOT "rushed through their busy schedule."
I am relatively new to the Samaritan Health System and feel I have never been treated as thoughtfully and courteously as I have by the different offices within SHS.
