I have been with First Community Credit Union for several years. On a regular visit, I noticed a flier about insurance, and was already thinking of getting competitive quotes, so I inquired. My inquiry response was prompt (within a few hours) and so easy as they were able to provide multiple quotes (for different insurance companies) within a couple days. Bottom line, I was able to save time because all information goes through one person, and saved hundreds of dollars a year on my premiums for both auto and home. Even since I've had my policy, inquiries or questions are responded to promptly. If you are even considering a change of insurance company or looking for competitive quotes, give them a call. You will be glad you did.

This is the first insurance agency I've ever had for auto insurance. They were able to set me up with an excellent plan without knowing what I was getting into. I got into an accident in Portland, the claims adjuster said that the settlement was resolved the fastest she's ever seen. My policy covered everything and the next cycle my premiums never went up! Even after all of that, I moved to Washington and the underwriters kept my premiums stable. I didn't even know I had to get the policy changed when moving states. I'm very happy First Community is looking out for me!

We had been with our previous insurance company for over 30 years. We asked them to review our account and see if we could get a lower rate. They could save us $30. I contacted First Community Insurance and within a small time frame found out we could save over $130. We switched our home, RV, and vehicles to the them. The staff has been amazing and I will continue with their services for a long time to come. I am very grateful for their service !! :)
