Fred Meyer Pharmacy

I have been using this pharmacy for almost 10 years. They are always nice and helpful to me. I can call in my prescriptions at night and pick them up the next day. These days, all pharmacies are overloaded, but with the closing of BiMart pharmacies, all others have been slammed. The Fred Meyer staff are busy, yet are always pleasant and helpful.

There is absolutely no enforcement of the mask wearing policy in FM nor does anyone social distance in particular. Around the holidays fred meyers is nuts and jam packed while you're trying to stand in a single line going across half the store surrounded by a moving crowd of unmasked people, that keeps having to cut through the line to get by.

This department apparently doesn't receive faxes, no matter how many times they are sent. A common answer is "We have no record of that". However, the staff is typically courteous and helpful and tries to find a resolution as this happens EVERY TIME I have tried to get my insulin prescription filled. Until today, that is. The "gentleman" behind the counter was rude to my daughter who was dropping off my prescription and rude to me when I called to try to resolve the issue as I am out of insulin and need it immediately. I thought the problem in the past was the way my Dr had written the prescription which is why I asked for a new one, plainly written; "Dummy Proof" if you will. I guess I will never know if the dummy proofing worked because the "gentleman" would not accept it and of course, I will NEVER use this pharmacy again. People beware.

Caring pharmacists and staff, they are always ready to help by answering any questions, or providing information. Small town pharmacy feel. Really great prices. This is all my family's go to pharmacy.
