If I could give a 0 star rating I would. To start this whole disaster the uhaul we picked up was dirty and smelled like someone had just finished smoking a cigarette in it. I made that very clear in the survey they made me fill out before I even drove away in the uhaul. Anyways, I dropped it off and then the next day was emailed my receipt where it was showed that I had been charged a $25 cleaning fee. I emailed them to ask why and waited two weeks until they finally got back to me asking for my phone number so they could pull up my account. I emailed them back within the hour and after a few more days of not hearing anything I sent a second follow Up email. They finally then got back to me and said they would issue me a refund for the cleaning fee. I was very happy with that and didn't even mind all the time I had to wait for a response. But it didn't end there. A couple days later I noticed on my bank statement that my card was charged twice (after they had already refunded me) so now I had been chanted $50 for a cleaning fee for something that wasn't even my mess. I called 3 times and was told by all 3 people that it was showing up on their end that I was actually refunded twice and not charged twice. That was NOT the case. It was showing on my account that it was being withdrawn NOT deposited into my account. I even went as far as calling my bank and they confirmed that I was indeed being charged twice. So I called uhaul yet AGAIN and they said there is pretty much nothing they can do and that it wasn't there fault. So not only did I not get my cleaning fee back but I was actually charged twice for it. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER BE USING UHAUL AGAIN!
