I'm not sure that I've ever left a 5-star review of a company whose services I DIDN'T use, but let me explain. I was interested in getting a home appraisal done for the purposes of PMI removal. I started down the path of engaging Gary and Jim, and in the course of our conversation they suggested that before we pull the trigger on a several hundred dollar investment we double check with my mortgage company to make sure that they don't have any restrictions on which appraiser I am able to use. I had been in contact with my mortgage company several times about PMI removal and they had never mentioned such a thing. However, based on Gary and Jim's advice, I reached out and sure enough, they DO have restrictions. So while I am moving forward with my mortgage company's process, I can't speak enough to the obvious industry expertise and honesty and integrity that A Quality Appraisal operated with. I wish I COULD use their services, and I won't hesitate to reach out to them if another opportunity presents itself in the future.

Exceeded expectations. This appraisal company not only performed as advertised, but better. I was in need of an appraisal on my home, and AQuality Appraisal was recommended to me, and I can see why. Their prompt service, quick response time, and professionalism are rarely encountered today, and I have been impressed. Throughout the whole process, I have been in close communication with their team. I have been helped every step of the way. Even when I had to go back and forth between them and my attorney their patience was very reassuring. A Quality Appraisal helped me with every step of the way, even going so far as to include the owner of the company in our communication. I highly recommend this appraisal company just as it was recommended to me.
