I thought the Geico commercials were just a funny gimmick, but after over 10 yrs with another insurance company, I just made the switch to Geico. Amazing customer service and thorough, thoughtful communication goes a long way these days. Rudi was so helpful and clearly cares about what is best for his clients. He was patient and made the process simple. I don’t do many reviews, but I couldn’t help myself on this one. Go check it out for yourself. You will be glad you did!

I not only had to go in person but also spent over 6 hours on the phone to get a rental while my car gets fixed. I one hundred percent recommend Progressive. They would have had me in a rental within the hour.

I have dealt with the Happy Valley GEICO office twice in the past month, once for a friend, and in the past two days for myself. I don't write many reviews because I am super busy. I have to take the time to write about the staff in this office, especially Liliya and David. I cannot believe how willing they were to make sure I was happy with the needs I had, and they extend so much patience and professionalism with me; they made sure that I understood they were okay with helping me as much and as long as they did. Liliya today was the personification of professionalism and she knew exactly what to do and where to get it done at. I am certain I will not go anywhere else for insurance help! Thank you HV GEICO!
