      image The employees need to follow the list as the names come in. First come, first serve. They favor people that walk in when they have an online system to follow. The 2 ladies that were working today do not follow policies of Great Clips. I put my name in at 9:45am with a 90min wait time. After 60min my wait time was 78min. My name was jumping from 5th to 9th to 10th. It showed people that were checked in moving ahead of my name on the list. Horrible staff that have no regard to the list. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

      image Friendly staff, I didnt get the name of my hair cutter. She was friendly did exactly what I asked, I have anxiety getting haircuts but felt comfortable there, that is saying a lot!! I will def go back there!!
