        I give 2 stars only because this was the only company willing to help us in our time of need in the middle of nowhere. I do not feel in the time of COVID it was acceptable for the driver to not wear a mask with customers in the cab. We spent over an hour with our driver masked up, you think he would have caught the hint with our masks on the whole time.

        Our car blew its transfer case heading up OR-58 on the way to Crater Lake. Long story short Ken came and got us and drove all the way to Eugene. Then he went above and beyond to take us to the airport where we had booked a rental car so we could continue our journey. He saved the weekend. If you’re broke down near Chemult - Ken’s your man.
