        I have used the predecessor of Propane Northwest for 10 years, always got propane done on time and without big hassle on pricing. After less than a year using Propane Northwest I had a very unpleasant conversation with one of their staff as they delivered and made no reference to a large price change when I phoned in to order. Maggie was rude, overtalked me, attempted to threaten me about locking their tank if I chose to go elsewhere. Hardly the kind of conversation that builds a positive working relationship.

        In the past I have gone with Propane Northwest due to their service. These last 2 times the service has been extremely poor. 6:30am wakeup call to tell me they are coming, then no show and no call. Wasted the day at home waiting for them to showup. The reason for the no show : " you are a will call customer and we ran out of propane before we got to you". Still not a good excuse for not calling as soon as he knew the truck was empty!
