Country Financial is the BEST. They always provide great service and their employees are kind, responsive and helpful. Highly recommend the Cooley team and I wouldnt even think of going anywhere else!

Poor customer service. I had a Scheduled phone appointment. Waited 30 min the day of the appointment to be called and never received a call. After about 45 minutes I reached out to the office to find out if Wayne Cooley is running behind schedule. They informed me that he is not in the office the next 2 days. I asked why they would schedule me on a day he is out? They were not sure how that happened.
Since this is not the first it has happened, Im very disappointed with the lack of customer service and providing service to long time customers.
Last year the same situation occurred. I had scheduled 2 separate appointments and both were cancelled by our agents office. Our agent never once reached out to try and remedy the situation. I didnt even bother trying to schedule a 3rd time.
