As a first time home buyer I had no idea what to expect from a home inspection. Nathan did a great job walking me through the process and the packet that he sent me after showing me around the home was very detailed. Would definitely recommend for first time home buyers.

Simple booking, quick response, and a fair price. After the inspection was complete Nathan stepped me through each room as well as the yard and was open to any questions I had. He then provided me with a detailed PDF report including suggestions and pictures. You can tell based on his findings that he was very thorough.

Highly recommend. Nathan and the Tip Top Home Inspection team were a pleasure to work with. Nathan was professional and diligent during his home inspection, and briefed us on each section of the house as he was performing his inspection. The inspection report was delivered promptly and was detailed enough to help us make an informed decision on our home purchase.
