        This is a great local company. We had a difficult situation where our old septic tank needed replaced, but was in a very hard to reach location. The job was complex, and we wanted some upgrades done as well. Other companies provided a lower price on the bid, but Chris took additional time to come out to our house several times to answer my questions and explain why the competitor's options were not going to work for our situation. If I had chosen the cheaper option, I'm sure I would have regretted it. Even though our situation was unique and difficult, the bid was spot on. Obviously this is not always the case, but I believe it was due to the additional time taken during the bid process which led to an accurate bid. Communication during the whole process was excellent, and the job was done early. I'm extremely happy with the service, product and final result.
